Our understanding of the risks stems not only from our decades of experience but also because we invest our capital, which is typically around 20% of the required capital, alongside that of our clients and investors. Our investment position is usually about 20% of the necessary capital.

Although self-storage is often considered saturated in many markets, we seek out conversion opportunities or alternative storage uses that are often overlooked by others, such as collectible cars, wine, and RVs. Our technical and engineering expertise enables us to assess an asset's potential quickly.
